Jo offers a range of classes, groups and workshops to help you find your inner peace, calm and happiness.
Drawing on her passions, experience and qualifications as a Life Coach, Yoga and Meditation teacher, and former TAFE teacher with current TAE and Dip Community Services, to put together solid discussions, activities and resources to empower, connect and support growth and progress of individuals and groups.
Regular classes run with school terms with limited spaces.

Wellbeing Club is a new offering in response to community desire for connection, support, being heard and being held with kindness and accountability. This helps with all those goals that we often set and rarely achieved. Everyone has goals. Perhaps it's to drink more water, eat more fruit and veg, walk everyday, run a marathon, get fitter, feel better - whatever the goal is, Wellbeing Club is a place to come to find, express and feel clear about your goals, share them with others when you are ready, then support one another along the journey. This is a Strengths Based Program, inspired in part by Jo's time in experience and qualifications in Community Services.
Wellbeing Club offers a place to develop connections, experience personal growth from a strengths based platform and offers the opportunity to get to know yourself by understanding your own constitution, values and strengths and how to build on these to create a life that lights you up.
Mindfulness Workshops
Mindfulness is a beautiful form of self care that aids in clarity of mind, improved decisions making, creativity and communication which results in better relationships with clients, peers, coworkers as well as personal relationships.
Jo has broad experience and expertise in crafting Mindfulness Workshops for Workplaces, Businesses, Schools and Groups.

Wellbeing Club brings a sense of joy and peace to personal growth.
Often when chatting with other women, they mention a wellbeing goal they have been wanting to achieve. Some want to catch the illusive goal of drinking enough water each day to feel hydrated. Others intend to start a meditation practice, journal to feel clearer, quit coffee, find work they love, exercise more, loose or gain a few kilos, eat better, feel good, feel happy, worthy, loved, content... the list goes on. This unique club has a life coaching element, with support from the group, connection, accountability, understanding and group skill building around communication, support, competition and ego. This strengths based program is designed to support and develop individuals personal and professional wellbeing goals. Together the group can celebrate individuals achievements providing meaningful connection and reward for efforts then, ongoing accountability to keep one another on track.
Explore your values, constitution, personality, strengths, goals and dreams and make them a reality with support of your fellow participants. The club supports you to develop your intuition, enhance and increase your energy, motivation, tranquility and happiness.

Goulburn Valley Peace Pole Project
Peace Poles around the world number over 200.000 and can be found in many countries as symbols for peace, love and unity. The movement provides an avenue to reflect upon peace and look deeply at how to become more peaceful as individuals and as a global community.
Planting Peace Poles around the GV has the potential to strengthen the community by creating more meaningful cross cultural connections around the common desire for peace.
Traditionally the poles have the words "May Peace Prevail on Earth" written along each side in different languages. These words reflect a prayer and as repeated the vibration becomes all the stronger.
If you would. like to become involved there are roles available in many areas from creating the poles, providing locations, grant writing, artists to perform at the unveilings, book keeping, meditators, attendees, paper crane workshop assistants and this would be a wonderful project for a school group to take on to create a website and run the social media.
