Service Description

Come and enjoy a morning of connection, growth, and flourishing through mindfulness and meditation. This friendly, welcoming group is designed to help you learn how to calm your mind, nurture your spirit, and cultivate inner peace. Together, we’ll soothe the nervous system with pranayama (controlled breathing techniques) mindful movements and then for morning tea a special mindful tea ceremony using fresh herbs with light refreshments. With the body and mind soothed, explore a visualisation-style meditation to connect with your intuition and the wisdom of your own heart. Perfect for both beginners and seasoned meditators seeking to deepen their practice, this is a supportive space to relax, grow, and cultivate balance amidst the busyness of life. You may like to bring: - Your journal and pen. - Drink other than/as well as tea provided - Additional snacks for yourself as required or preferred. Upcoming Sessions


Cancellation Policy

Terms (Yoga, Wellbeing Club) will not be refunded unless compassionate grounds are agreed to with the provider. The $50 deposit is no longer refundable 2 weeks prior to term commencement. It is absolutely ok to change your mind, become unwell or injured. The consequences of the change must remain with you. For Zoom Meditation Sessions, a refund of the contribution can be applied for via email or text when cancelling 24 hours prior to session.
