Service Description

Join us for an 8-week journey of connection, growth, and flourishing through mindfulness and meditation. This friendly, welcoming group is designed to help you learn how to calm your mind, nurture your spirit, and cultivate inner peace. Over the course of the program, we’ll explore the nervous system’s role in our well-being, practice soothing breathing techniques, and discover how to use mindfulness for a more centred, present life. Together, we’ll dive into spiritual-style meditation to connect with your intuition, spirit guides, and the wisdom of your own heart. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, this group is a safe space to grow, relax, and find balance in a busy world. Cancellation Policy

Terms (Yoga, Wellbeing Club) will not be refunded unless compassionate grounds are agreed to with the provider. The $50 deposit is no longer refundable 2 weeks prior to term commencement. It is absolutely ok to change your mind, become unwell or injured. The consequences of the change must remain with you. For Zoom Meditation Sessions, a refund of the contribution can be applied for via email or text when cancelling 24 hours prior to session.
